Charles's wife and four children nominate Sarah Arnold, his hospice nurse, for the care she gave him over several months. Sarah often stayed after hours to help bathe Charles and once stayed through a power outage to help keep his oxygen and hospital bed running. She prayed with him, encouraged him, and grew close to the whole family — Charles's last clear words were often "love you" for her.
