Judy Smith nominates Curtis Felps for the care he provided her husband Gene, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's seven years ago and in hospice for the last three. Curtis, a friend's recommendation, came by every week around his own full-time job to help however he could, always in good spirits. Judy describes him as a genuine, patient, and loving presence for both her and Gene through his final years.
