The team cared for JB with humor and warmth as Alzheimer's and heart failure progressed, protecting his privacy and dignity throughout. On JB and his wife's 58th wedding anniversary, the team surprised them with flowers, balloons, and their favorite foods, unknowingly bringing yellow roses, JB's favorite color. His family says the team brought joy into their home during the hardest weeks of their lives.
